In addition to the Perfect Split splitting blades, the Japa 505 Pro model can also be used with traditional splitting blades. Switching between Perfect Split and traditional splitting methods has been made even easier and more user-friendly. Traditional blades are particularly suitable for large production volumes and applications where the size of the final product is not a major concern. The half-stroke function speeds up the processing of short logs.

Perfect Clean Cleaning System

Perfect Clean effectively removes loose bark, sawdust, and dirt from logs using vibrations. A separate conveyor belt transports the waste away, resulting in clean and high-quality firewood as the end product.

Oil Cooler

The oil cooler keeps the hydraulic fluid at optimal temperature and prevents overheating, which reduces maintenance requirements and extends the machine's lifespan. It ensures efficient operation even in warm conditions.

Additional Infeed Roller

An additional infeed roller at the beginning of the infeed conveyor improves the handling of large logs, increases productivity, enhances ergonomics, and boosts safety.
